HarnessWorkshop

Streamline your equestrian leatherwork, manage custom tack commissions, and maintain precise build records for every client. HarnessWorkshop serves as a specialized digital project journal and technical reference database designed for saddlers, harness makers, and custom tack artisans to track production workflows, log horse measurements, and organize workshop portfolios within a professional mobile workspace. Core Features & Workshop Mechanics: Structured Order Management (New Order): Create comprehensive project cards for every custom tack piece to track essential fabrication parameters: Client & Horse Matching: Link new commissions directly to specific clients and individual horses using saved drop-down selectors. Equipment Profiling: Classify production runs by equipment type (such as Saddles, Bridles, Collars, or Breeching) and track progress via interactive status tags (Draft, In Progress, Awaiting Fitting, Ready). Timeline Coordination: Lock in target fulfillment windows with an integrated Due Date calendar module. Anatomical Specifications: Document critical sizing parameters, including precise girth lengths and structural dimensions, directly within the job card. Searchable Craft Portfolio: Build an illustrated showroom of your completed projects. Use the dedicated gallery to browse your workshop history by typing specific terms like leather variety, hardware material, or equipment type, or isolate your premium work using the Portfolio Picks filter drawer. Dashboard Navigation & Analytics: At-a-Glance Status Counters: Oversee your active studio operations via real-time main screen telemetry counters tracking exactly how many jobs are Active, Due Soon, or Completed, alongside your total active Clients. Intuitive Workflow Grid: Navigate smoothly between workspace operations using a dedicated five-tab layout at the bottom of the interface: Home, Orders, Reference, Clients, and Portfolio.
