Full description
Who fed the cat today? And did anyone actually make their bed, or does it only look that way from the doorway? Grivton Chores turns those questions into a chart your kids can read at a glance. It works like the paper one on the fridge, except the stars never peel off and nobody argues about who drew them. **So how does a normal day go?** You open the Today tab and there's the list: each child's jobs for today, grouped under their own little drawn face, with a ring showing how many are done. When a chore is finished, tap the big round button. It fills with that kid's crayon colour, a small star pops out, and the points drop straight into their jar. Tapped the wrong one? Tap again and hit Undo. **Want the bigger picture?** The Week tab is a proper fridge grid: chores down the side, days across the top. Stars show what got done, dots show what's still due, and the daily totals sit along the bottom. Forgot to tick Tuesday's recycling? Tap that cell and it's fixed. You can also flip back through earlier weeks to see how things have been going. **And the pocket money?** Every kid gets a drawn glass jar that fills up as points come in. You decide what a point is worth (say, 10 points = 1.00) and type in your own currency symbol, so the jar shows the balance both in points and in money. Add rewards like an extra bedtime story or a trip to the playground, and the Spend button lights up once enough has been saved. Handing over real coins instead? Use Cash out and it goes in the log. The jar history reads like a tiny bank statement: "Chores on Tue: +12", what was spent, and what was cashed out. **Setting it up for your family** - Add each child with a name, one of six crayon colours and one of eight drawn looks: pigtails, spiky hair, a cap, a crown, a bobble hat and more - Give every chore a title, 1 to 20 points, the days it repeats and one of twelve drawn icons - Pause a chore without deleting it, or remove it once it's outgrown - Start the week on Monday or Sunday, whichever matches your calendar - Keep the short vibration on each tick, or switch it off in Settings Two example kids, Mia and Leo, come ready with a few chores and rewards, so you can see how everything fits together before adding your own crew. Delete them whenever you like. The chart, the jars and every tick are kept on this phone alone, and there's no account to set up. Will it make anyone love unloading the dishwasher? Probably not. But they'll know exactly how many stars it's worth.
