Grennans

Grennans — Field Order Capture Grennans is Grennan & Sons' field ordering app for sales reps and wholesale customers. Instead of scribbling notes in a yard with no signal, simply speak the order out loud — customer, products, quantities, and delivery details — and let Grennans do the rest. HOW IT WORKS • Record — Dictate the order as you would say it out loud to a colleague. • Review — The recording is transcribed and turned into a draft order. Check and correct anything the app wasn't sure about before it's sent. • Confirm — Once everything's right, place the order directly into Grennans' order system. WORKS WHERE SIGNAL DOESN'T Recordings are captured and queued on the device the moment you finish speaking. If there's no signal in the yard, no problem — the app syncs automatically as soon as you're back in range, so nothing is lost. BUILT FOR HOW A REP ACTUALLY WORKS • Pick the right customer, product, and delivery destination from Grennans' own records — no guesswork, no typos. • Wholesale customers can nominate which of their own farms an order should go to. • See your recent orders and their status at a glance, with the ability to retry anything that didn't go through the first time. • A push notification lets you know the moment a draft is ready to review. SECURE BY DESIGN Sign in with your existing Grennans account. Credentials are never stored in plain text — they're kept in your device's secure hardware storage. Location, when enabled, is used only to tag which customer site an order was taken at, and is never required to place an order. Grennans is an internal tool for Grennan & Sons staff and wholesale account holders. An active Grennans account is required to sign in.
