Gourmetmiles: Diet Tracker

Our biggest update yet: AI SmartScan, Reverse Weigh, a fresh new look, and Gourmetmiles is now completely free. Accurate diet tracking starts with knowing exactly what you eat. Gourmetmiles works with the Macroscale, a portable Bluetooth food scale, to log natural, packaged and restaurant foods by weight instead of by guess. NEW: AI SMARTSCAN Snap a photo of your food and Gourmetmiles suggests the best matches. Pick the right one, choose how much, and it's logged. Nutrition comes from the USDA food database. NEW: REVERSE WEIGH Weigh your plate before and after you eat, and Gourmetmiles logs exactly what you ate, so leftovers never count. WEIGH YOUR FOOD, SKIP THE GUESSWORK The Macroscale is about the size of a coaster and connects to your phone over Bluetooth. Your plate or bowl can be much bigger than the scale, because you read the weight on your phone, not on a display. Get nutrition from actual grams: cereal, juice, fruit, cuts of meat, salads, or each layer of a sandwich. SCAN PACKAGED FOODS Search or scan barcodes across more than 1.9 million foods and ingredients. See what's in a product before you buy it, including preservatives, artificial colors and sweeteners, and other additives some people prefer to avoid. SET YOUR OWN RESTRICTIONS Enter food allergies, religious restrictions and preferences. Gourmetmiles flags foods containing ingredients you've chosen to avoid, before you log them. YOUR GOALS, YOUR WAY Set your own minimum and maximum for any nutrient, so Gourmetmiles fits keto, low-sodium, high-protein, vegan and more. TRACK EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE - Diet Dashboard: today's calories, macros and micros at a glance - Favorites one tap away on the Home screen - Save two or more foods together as a recipe - Nearby restaurants - A Help Center that answers your questions any time Gourmetmiles is free. The Macroscale is sold separately.
