Everything you need for your daily routine Living well with Parkinson’s is about the whole picture, from keeping moving to finding what works for your day to day life. - Targeted daily exercises: Easy to follow movement, voice, hands, and brain exercises backed by research, ready to adapt to whatever energy you have on the day. - Friendly medication reminders: Simple, reliable alerts so you never have to second guess your pill timings or how doses are settling. - Easy symptom tracking: A quick way to note how you are feeling, spot patterns, and get sensible tips to help manage tricky days. - Health insights from your phone or watch: With your permission, PD Buddy reads steps, walking distance, floors climbed, walking speed, weight, hydration, sleep, blood pressure, heart rate, resting heart rate and blood glucose from Health Connect (Apple Health on iPhone) and shows them as daily values and 30, 90 and 365 day trend graphs next to your symptoms, routines and medication. Parkinson’s affects walking, balance, stairs, sleep and blood pressure, so seeing these trends together helps you notice changes early.
