Glocal-Atom — Site Tracker

Glocal-Atom connects the Cameroonian diaspora to their construction site, in real time. Building in Cameroon while living in Paris, Brussels, Montreal or Douala? Glocal-Atom finally gives you the visibility you expect on your project: how far the structural work has progressed, what has been paid, what is still outstanding, and what your site manager observed on the ground this week. WHAT YOU FOLLOW • Site progress A planned schedule comparing planned versus actual, phase by phase, with a completion percentage for each one. Delays are visible immediately. • Site log Your site manager's observations, timestamped, with their severity level (info, warning, blocking issue) and the weather conditions of the day. • Photo gallery Site photos, organised and updated by our team on the ground. Full-screen viewing, cached for slow connections. • Financial tracking Budget by category, full payment history, amount received and amount outstanding. Every line is dated and categorised. • Document space Contracts, invoices, quotes, studies, permits, architectural plans, insurance, handover reports — sorted by category and available at any time. • Design & Sourcing For turnkey projects: tracking of interior design plans and international sourcing (production, shipping, transit, warehouse reception). • Direct messaging A direct line to the Glocal-Atom team, with a notification when a reply arrives. OUR PLANS • Shell Construction — foundations, walls, framing and roofing. • Full Structure — shell construction, plus plumbing, electrical work and interior partitioning. • Turnkey — everything, through to premium finishes, material sourcing and import logistics. NOTIFICATIONS Get a notification as soon as the team replies in your messages, on every device you use.
