Vanquote: Quotes & Invoices

Write a quote on the customer's driveway, send the PDF before you pull away, and get paid faster because you did. Vanquote is a quote and invoice builder for electricians, plumbers, carpenters and anyone else who does the work with their hands and then has to do the paperwork at nine at night. It does one job properly: it turns what you did into a document a customer is happy to pay. NO INTERNET NEEDED. EVER. Vanquote works completely offline. Every quote, every invoice, every PDF is built on your phone. Basements, new builds, rural jobs, dead zones behind a plant room — the app does not care, because it never needs a signal. NO ACCOUNT. NO SIGN-UP. NO PASSWORD. Open the app and start working. There is no email to confirm, no team to invite, no onboarding call. Nothing about your business is stored on anyone else's computer, because there is no computer to store it on. Your customers' details never leave your phone. PAY ONCE. NOT EVERY MONTH. The first three finalised documents are free, at full quality, with no watermark — your customer will never see that you were trying it out. After that, one payment unlocks it permanently. No subscription, no per-user pricing, no annual renewal that arrives in a quiet month. DOCUMENTS THAT LOOK LIKE A REAL BUSINESS • Clean, professional PDF quotes and invoices with your logo, your business details and your tax number • Sequential, gapless invoice numbering that will survive an accountant looking at it • Line items with quantities, unit prices, per-line discounts and per-line tax • Correct tax arithmetic to the last unit — no rounding drift on a big job • Deposits, part payments and outstanding balances tracked per document • Convert an accepted quote into an invoice without retyping a single line BUILT FOR THE WAY THE JOB ACTUALLY GOES • Save customers once and reuse them • Duplicate last week's quote for a similar job and change the two lines that differ • Autosaves constantly — a call mid-quote, a dead battery, or Android killing the app in the background will not cost you the work • Void a finalised document rather than deleting it, so your records stay straight • Your currency, your tax rates, your document numbering — set once in Settings YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Everything lives on your phone in the app's private storage • Back up to any folder you choose, on the device or in a cloud app you already use • Restore onto a new phone in one step • No analytics. No tracking. No advertising. No crash reporting. Not one line of code in this app sends your information anywhere. WHO IT IS FOR Sole traders and small crews. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC and gas engineers, carpenters, painters, tilers, roofers, landscapers, mechanics, appliance repair, handymen — anyone who quotes a job, does the job, and invoices the job. WHAT IT IS NOT It is not job management software. There is no scheduling, no team tracking, no CRM, no dashboard for an office manager who does not exist. If you need those, buy those. If you need a good-looking quote out of your hand and into your customer's inbox in four minutes, this is that. --- Free to try: three finalised documents, full quality, no watermark. One-time purchase to unlock unlimited documents. No subscription. Questions: [email protected]
