Zono

Need it, Zono it. Zono connects Nepali households with verified local tradespeople — electricians, plumbers, cleaners, carpenters, AC technicians, painters, and more than thirty other trades — and shows you the price before anyone starts work. WHY IT IS DIFFERENT You see the price first. The provider inspects the job and submits an amount. Nothing proceeds until you approve it. No surprise bills after the work is done. Every provider is identity-verified. Providers submit government ID and a verification selfie, and are reviewed before they can accept a single job. You hold the completion code. A job is only marked complete when you give the provider your code. That code is the last word on whether the work was done. Built for Nepal, in English and नेपाली. Switch language any time inside the app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the service you need and describe the job. 2. Nearby verified providers see your request. One accepts. 3. They arrive, inspect, and send you a price. You approve or decline. 4. Work is done. You share your completion code. You pay directly. FOR TRADESPEOPLE Listing is free. You are not charged to appear, to be found, or to quote. You pay a small fixed commission only on jobs you actually complete, and you can see what it is before you accept. Build a public record that belongs to you: completed jobs, ratings, and a tier badge that can only be earned through work done in the app. FOR COMPANIES Running a team? Bookings arrive under your company name. You decide who takes each job, track how every staff member is performing, and run one wallet for the whole firm instead of chasing individual balances.
