Fleetie

Fleetie is the everyday app for delivery fleets — built for drivers, managers and the office to run the week from one place. FOR DRIVERS • See your rota and your route for the week at a glance • Complete vehicle checks on your phone, with photo capture • Report defects as you find them, so the office sees them straight away • Message your team and your manager without swapping phone numbers • Keep track of your shifts and what is coming next FOR MANAGERS AND THE OFFICE • Plan and publish the weekly rota, and see who has acknowledged it • Assign vehicles and routes, and handle the changes as the week moves • Monitor vehicle checks and defects across the whole fleet • Manage drivers, vehicles and depots in one place • Keep everyone in the loop with built-in messaging BUILT FOR HOW DELIVERY WORK ACTUALLY RUNS Fleetie is designed around the daily rhythm of a delivery operation: the rota goes out, routes get assigned, vans get checked, and then things change. It works on the phone in your pocket and in the browser on the office desk, with the same information in both. GETTING STARTED Fleetie is provided through your employer.
