Alke is a fitness coach you talk to. Open the app, speak, and Alke listens — log workouts, meals and water by voice, ask for advice, or think out loud after a session. No forms, no friction: say "bench 4 sets of 8 at 60 kilos and a protein shake" and it's logged. YOUR COACH, NOT A CHATBOT • Alke builds an adaptive training program around YOUR goal — a race, a weight target, or just feeling strong — and reshapes it when life happens. • Miss a session? Log an extra run? Your plan adjusts. • Evidence-based coaching: calories and macros computed from your stats, protein targets that change when you cut, hydration targets, training-volume guidance — and Alke can explain every number it gives you. STAYS ON YOU • Daily plan on your Home screen: goal countdown, today's session, nutrition and water progress bars, personal bests. • A weekly Progress page of stats and trends, not scrollback. • Wearable recovery sync (sleep, resting heart rate, HRV) is live on iPhone and coming to Android. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is yours: isolated to your account, never sold, never used for advertising. Delete your account (and everything with it) in the app, any time. Alke is a wellness coach, not a medical service — for medical questions, it will tell you to see a professional.
