Genius Church Manager

Stay connected with your church through one organization-branded member experience. Genius Church Manager gives each participating church its own secure portal while keeping organization data and access separate. Members can: • Select or return to their church using its code, subdomain or custom domain • View church announcements, sermons, books and shared resources • Join classes, read course chapters and study cards, and complete assessments • Download eligible course chapters and study cards for temporary offline learning • Follow events and add eligible church calendars to their device • Participate in groups, ministries and discussions where enabled • View assigned pastoral-care tasks, attendance and giving history where enabled • Receive church notifications and manage notification preferences • Review and update supported member-profile information • Give through a payment gateway configured by their church Authorized pastors and staff can switch to their pastoral workspace without installing a separate app. Available tools depend on their church role and permissions. Staff can also export a permission-controlled set of contacts from selected organization units to an app-managed address-book set on their device. Device access is optional and explained before use. Synced contacts and calendar entries are scoped to the selected church and are removed from the app’s managed set when the user signs out, changes church, or removes the synchronization. Personal contacts are not uploaded by contact synchronization. An internet connection is required for sign-in, assessments, payments, live updates and linked online media. Features shown in the app depend on the modules and settings enabled by each church.
