FÖRSTER-TAG

FÖRSTER-TAG turns your Android phone into a working tool for the cattle barn. Together with Förster Technik Smart Tags it keeps health, treatment and breeding records for every single animal in one place. Hold your phone near an animal and its record is on screen: temperature and activity trends, medication history, insemination and birth events. Animals that behave unusually are flagged, so you can check the right animal before the problem is visible from the aisle. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Identify and locate animals in the barn by Bluetooth or NFC tag scan • Follow temperature and activity per animal over a day, week, month or year • Read interactive charts with exact values at every point • Record treatments with dose, frequency and administration history • Reuse treatment templates for recurring protocols • Schedule doses and get reminders so nothing is missed • Keep a medicine inventory with expiry warnings • Log inseminations with date and genetic line, and track success rates • Register births, birth weight and health status, linked to the dam • Get alerts when activity or temperature deviates from an animal's pattern • Group animals by barn, pen, purpose or health status and act on whole groups • Monitor tag battery levels to plan replacements • Export records for your own documentation • Share a herd with your team, with per-user access FOR WHOM FÖRSTER-TAG is built for dairy and beef operations, calf rearers and the vets and advisors working with them — anyone who wants animal-level data instead of a gut feeling. GOOD TO KNOW FÖRSTER-TAG is a professional farm tool. Derived health and activity values support your own judgement; they do not replace inspection on site or veterinary advice. Förster Technik Smart Tags and a FÖRSTER-TAG account are required for the sensor features. Bluetooth and location permissions are used only to discover nearby tags; no device location is stored.
