Ravvy: Beginner Run Coach

Most running apps are built for athletes. Ravvy is built for you. If you have ever started a "Couch to 5K" only to quit because of pain, boredom, or intimidation, you are not alone. Standard plans don't know how you feel today. Ravvy does. Ravvy is the Anti-Tracker. We don't care about your speed, your splits, or your map. We care about one thing: Showing Up. THE CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE Enter the "Presence Garden." Ravvy turns your running journey into a visual, immersive experience. Watch your dashboard evolve from a barren void to a lush, vibrant sanctuary as you build consistency. YOUR INVISIBLE COACH Ravvy features a hyper-adaptive engine that listens to your body. * Too Hard? Rate your run difficult, and the engine immediately reduces the intensity of your next 3 sessions. * Too Easy? The plan gently accelerates to keep you engaged. * Missed a Week? No guilt. Ravvy intelligently adjusts your schedule to get you back on track without the risk of injury. 100% OFFLINE & PRIVATE Your health data belongs to you. * Zero Tracking: No GPS location data is ever sent to a server. * Airplane Mode Ready: Download once, run anywhere.
