FixBro Provider App Features Self-Registration Users can register themselves as providers from the FixBro Provider app. Intuitive Dashboard The intuitive dashboard of the FixBro Provider app shows total business summaries such as total earnings, total subscribed subcategories, total servicemen, total bookings serviced, earning statistics, recent booking activities, subscriptions, and serviceman lists. Booking Requests From the booking request page, providers can see various booking requests, such as pending, accepted, ongoing, completed, and canceled. Providers can also view booking details from each subsection and change booking status, reschedule bookings, download invoices, chat with customers, and view booking statuses. Change Request Status From the booking details page, providers can update the booking status to reflect the task’s progress, such as pending, accepted, ongoing, completed, or canceled. View Service Details Providers can access details such as service overviews, FAQs, and customer reviews for each subcategory before subscribing or unsubscribing. Get Notifications Providers receive real-time notifications for new customer orders, order details, and admin updates. Edit Provider Profile Providers can edit their profile, including name, email, phone number, address, and account information. View Ratings & Reviews Providers can view customer ratings and reviews for their services, servicemen, and themselves. Edit Account, Business & Bank Info Providers can edit their account, business, and bank information from the profile settings section. Suggest New Service Providers can request new services by specifying the category, name, and details, which are reviewed by the admin.
