Working with me and the Fit By Sci(ence) community makes it suck less. When we go together, we go further. Stop doing it alone. Stop guessing whether what you're doing is even working. I built this app out of my own weight-loss "dad"venture, to help other parents get into SHAPE the right way and keep it off for as long as they want. Here's what it does. You log your food, your workouts, and your daily check-ins. I read them, and your plan gets adjusted from your own numbers. Sleep, Hydration, Activity, Protein, Exercise, worked in the right order.
