Fisem Go

Fisem Go is the field app for Fisem - the field-service management system UK refrigeration, HVAC and building-services companies run their office on. If your office uses Fisem, Fisem Go is what your engineers carry on site. WHAT IT DOES * My Day - the visits assigned to you today, in order, with the site, the customer and what the job is for. * Work orders - open a job, read the site and asset history, record what you found and what you did. * Photos and documents - attach evidence to the job, including documents filed against the unit. * Sign-off on the glass - capture the customer's signature and the visit's paperwork where the work happens. * Contacts and assets - record a new contact on a customer's account, and register a unit you are standing in front of, without waiting for the office to type it in. * Readings - record the readings a unit's checks ask for. * Scanning - scan a nameplate or a code to open the right unit instead of searching for it. WHO IT IS FOR Service and maintenance engineers at companies that already run Fisem. Fisem Go is a companion app: it signs in with your Fisem account, and the work you see is your company's work. WHAT YOU NEED * A Fisem account on a company workspace (your office sets this up). * An internet connection for signing in, for loading a job and for saving what you record. ABOUT FISEM Fisem is a field-service management system for UK SMEs: customers, sites, equipment, work orders, compliance, contracts, quotes and invoices in one place, with a tablet app for the people doing the work.
