Designed for enterprise and compliance use cases, the app captures SMS, MMS, and supported messaging data from authorized devices and securely transmits it to FirmScribe’s platform for delivery to approved archival systems. Key Features - Compliant message capture: Securely captures text message content and metadata required for regulatory compliance. - Real-time and offline support: Messages are uploaded in real time when connectivity is available and automatically synced if the device is temporarily offline. - Enterprise onboarding: Simple setup using a secure magic link or access code provided by your organization. - Admin-managed configuration: Capture settings are controlled by your company’s administrators through FirmScribe’s admin console. - Privacy-aware design: The app only operates for users explicitly authorized by their organization and does not function as a consumer messaging app. - Secure data handling: Messages are encrypted in transit and delivered only to approved compliance archives (e.g., journaling destinations, secure storage, or third-party archiving providers).
