LANGUAGES The interface and guided sessions are available in 5 languages: Polish, English, German, Spanish and French. The Polish library currently contains 67 sessions; English, German, Spanish and French each include 14 sessions. Hypno is a private space for guided self-hypnosis, relaxation and better bedtime routines. Choose a session for the moment you are in, slow down with an immersive visual background, or let a calming soundscape play as you fall asleep. OFFLINE AFTER INSTALLATION Guided sessions and sleep sounds are installed with the app, so you can listen without an internet connection after installation. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Explore 14 guided sessions in English for calm, sleep, focus and reflection • Answer three short questions to match a session to your needs and available time • Follow the 7-day “A Calmer Mind” program at your own pace • Play 11 seamlessly looping sleep sounds, including rain, ocean, forest, fire and ambience • Set a sleep timer with a gentle fade-out • Save favorite sessions and return to them quickly • Keep audio playing while the screen is locked • Set optional local reminders for the days and time you choose • Choose from 17 animated visual styles designed to create a quiet atmosphere YOUR SPACE, YOUR PACE Optional tension check-ins, favorites, listening history and program progress are stored locally on your device.
