ESTIMATE ON SITE Lay out fence lines on a map of the property and generate a priced estimate in minutes. Adjust materials, gates, and line items on the spot. Quick Quote gives you a fast number when a full layout isn't needed. CONTRACTS AND SIGNATURES Turn an approved estimate into a contract and send it for electronic signature. Track what's been sent, viewed, and signed. Handle change orders as the job evolves. INVOICES AND PAYMENTS Send invoices and take payment in the field by card, bank transfer (ACH), Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Log cash and check payments, apply credits, and see what's outstanding on every project. PROJECTS AND DOCUMENTATION Keep every job in one place — customer details, photos and videos of the work, scanned documents, and notes. Share photos to Fenceline straight from your camera roll. SCHEDULE AND TEAM See your appointments, assign work to crews and salespeople, and get notified when something changes on a job you're on. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION Text and email customers from inside the app, with the full thread attached to the project so nothing gets lost between the field and the office.
