Established patients can request a login from our Portal home page at https://arconsultants.myezyaccess.com. Associated Retina Consultants is a healthcare services and patient management app designed exclusively for patients of Associated Retina Consultants. The app allows patients to manage appointments, access billing and insurance information, receive reminders, and securely view health-related data in one place. The app integrates with Android Health Connect to read user-authorized health and fitness data, such as activity, sleep, and vital metrics, and display it inside the app to support patient awareness and continuity of care. Health Connect access is read-only, opt-in, and used only to display health information within the app. The app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not sell or use health data for advertising purposes.
