The ezAccess Mobile app empowers you to perform remote care for yourself and any dependents with ease and convenience. With the ezAccess Mobile app, you can: • Get the care you need quickly and easily • Take care of your loved ones • Connect with your healthcare provider • View Profile • Receive alerts • View upcoming appointments • Perform telemedicine visits • Communicate with your healthcare provider from the comfort of your home or on the go • Register Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Temperature, Scale, Health/Activity Tracking and Oximeter devices for remote care • Easily measure blood pressure, blood glucose, temperature and SP02 • Share data securely and in real time with healthcare provider • Self-track vitals and view history of vitals data • Measure, track and share your weight and BMI along with additional body composition measurement • Record daily exercise, sleep pattern to track several health activities To use the ezAccess Mobile App you will need an invitation or login from your provider.
