Riley TMS Driver

Riley TMS Driver is the official mobile companion for drivers operating on the Riley Courier transport network in Kenya. Sign in with your driver phone number and PIN to receive trip assignments from dispatch, navigate to pickup and delivery stops, and record proof-of-delivery from anywhere on your route. KEY FEATURES • Trip assignments — see every pickup and drop-off your dispatcher sends you, with addresses, contact details and special instructions. • Live route tracking — your location is shared with dispatch and the customer while you're on an active delivery so everyone knows where the consignment is. • Proof-of-delivery — capture signed delivery notes, photos of cargo and recipient signatures directly from the app. Records sync to the back office in real time. • Advance requests — request fuel or expense advances against an active trip; status updates land in the app the moment dispatch approves. • Multi-stop deliveries — handle complex routes with multiple stops, each tracked independently. • Push notifications — get notified the moment a new trip is assigned, a stop is approved, or an advance is paid. • Offline-tolerant — proof-of-delivery captures keep working when the signal drops; they sync automatically once you're back online. WHO IT'S FOR This app is for drivers who are employed by or contracted with Riley Courier Ltd or one of our partner transporters. You will need an active driver account set up by your dispatcher before you can sign in. LOCATION & PRIVACY The app uses precise location while you are signed in and on duty so dispatch can match consignments to the nearest available driver and so customers can track their deliveries. A persistent foreground notification is shown whenever the location service is active, so it's always clear when tracking is on. Location is never used for advertising and is never sold.
