Eterna Wellness Lab

Eterna Wellness Lab is a sauna, cold plunge and red light recovery studio in East Grinstead, West Sussex. This is our booking app. See what's on, book your spot, and manage everything about your visits from your phone — sauna and cold plunge sessions, red light therapy, classes, and one-to-one treatments with our practitioners. BOOK IN SECONDS Browse the week ahead, tap a session, and you're in. Appointments with a specific practitioner show you their real availability, so the slot you pick is a slot you get. Everything you've booked lives in one place, with the option to reschedule or cancel yourself. YOUR MEMBERSHIP, HANDLED If you're a member, your entitlements apply automatically at checkout — no codes to remember and nothing to claim at reception. You can see your remaining credits, check when your plan renews, and pause or cancel from your account. PAY HOW YOU LIKE Pay per session, use membership credits, redeem a gift card, or spend store credit. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe — Eterna never sees or stores your card details. NEVER MISS A SLOT Get a confirmation when you book and a reminder before you arrive. If a full session frees up, join the waitlist and we'll offer you the place automatically the moment someone cancels. A SAFER FIRST VISIT Complete a short one-time health and wellness screening in the app so our team knows how to look after you. It's answered one question at a time, saves as you go, and is visible only to the Eterna team. GIFT CARDS Buy a gift card for someone else, or redeem one you've been given straight into your account balance. Eterna Wellness Lab, East Grinstead. An account is required to book. Sessions and memberships are paid for in the app; the app itself is free.
