Estimark

Estimark is built for the person on site, not the person at the desk. Open it in the morning and it already knows where you are working, what is waiting for you and what is late. Clock on at the gate, walk the job, and everything you record lands on the same record the office is looking at. WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE SCAFFOLD • Clock on and off at the gate, with the site confirmed by your phone's location • See today: which job, who else is on site, and what needs you • Raise a snag with photos, on the spot, against the right job and the right room • Record a variation the moment it is agreed, before anybody forgets what was said • Sign RAMS with your finger and get on with the work • Open the current drawing without ringing the office for the latest revision • Answer an RFI, log a delivery, take a signature IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Basements, lift shafts, steel frames and half the countryside. Estimark keeps working: you carry on writing snags and taking photos, the app tells you plainly that it is holding a saved copy, and it syncs itself the moment the signal returns. Nothing is lost and nothing pretends to have sent when it has not. BUILT FOR UK CONSTRUCTION CIS, RAMS, RIDDOR, and the paperwork an HSE inspector actually asks for. Not an American product with a currency setting. ONE RECORD, QUOTE TO WARRANTY The snag you photograph on a Tuesday is on the same job record as the quote that won the work and the invoice that closes it. Nobody re-types anything, and nothing is stored in three places that disagree. You need an Estimark account to use this app. Your company's office team sets you up; there is nothing to buy here.
