cureball, taze betonun döküm sonrasındaki hidratasyon ısısını, sıcaklık geçmişini ve basınç dayanımı gelişimini gerçek zamanlı takip eden profesyonel bir kablosuz (BLE) telemetri ve olgunluk izleme sistemidir. Bu uygulama, şantiyede betonarme elemanların (kolon, perde, döşeme, radye temel ve kütle betonu) içerisine yerleştirilen kablosuz cureball Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) sensör donanımları ile birlikte çalışmak üzere geliştirilmiştir. ÖNE ÇIKAN ÖZELLİKLER VE TEKNİK STANDARTLAR: • Standart Uyumu ve Yasal Mühendislik Altyapısı: ASTM C1074, TS EN 13670 ve TS EN 206 standartlarında tanımlanan Nurse-Saul (Sıcaklık-Zaman Faktörü) ve Arrhenius (Eşdeğer Yaş) matematiksel olgunluk algoritmalarını eksiksiz destekler. • Kablosuz BLE Telemetrisi & Akıllı Radar: Beton içerisine gömülen cureball sensörlerinden kablosuz olarak sıcaklık verilerini çeker. Sinyal gürültülerini önleyen histerezis korumalı radar arayüzü ile sahadaki en yakın sensörü anında tespit eder. • Yüksek Performanslı Dokunmatik Grafikler: 10.000'lerce veri noktasını kasmadan ve takılmadan işleyen gelişmiş grafik motoru. İki parmak hareketiyle (pinch-to-zoom & pan) grafiği genişletip daraltabilir, hidratasyon tepe ve dip noktalarını inceleyebilirsiniz. • Kalıp Söküm Karar Desteği ve Erken Yükleme: Betonun 28 günlük hedef dayanıma (MPa) veya kalıp söküm eşiğine (%70) ulaşma anını gerçek zamanlı izleyerek şantiye döngüsünü hızlandırır ve maliyet tasarrufu sağlar. • PDF Raporlama: Şantiye şeflerine, yapı denetim kuruluşlarına ve resmi idarelere sunulmak üzere cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak mühürlü, onaylı ve grafikli resmi PDF test raporları üretir. • Zengin Reçete Kütüphanesi: C20/25'ten C50/60'a kadar standart beton sınıfları hazır gelir.
