EmberMed VitalShield

VitalShield is a calm, private place to keep track of how you are doing day to day. Log your workouts, your meals, and a quick daily check-in, and watch your vitals and trends over time. It is built for the everyday: a check-in for how you feel, your temperature, oxygen, heart rate, sleep and water; meals organized by type with the numbers that matter to you; workouts you can log yourself or save as templates; and a progress view that turns all of it into simple charts. There is even a place to track your time between work and the things you do for yourself. Everything stays on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded to a server. Your health information never leaves your phone. What you can do: - Daily check-in: how you feel, symptoms, temperature, oxygen, heart rate, sleep, water and energy - Vitals dashboard with 30-day trends for temperature, oxygen and heart rate - Log workouts with exercises, or save your own workout templates - Add meals organized by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, with the macros you care about - Progress charts across vitals, fitness and wellness - A time tracker for work and personal hobbies - Optional daily reminder and an optional PIN lock VitalShield is a personal wellness and fitness tracker. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it does not give medical advice. The symptom and vitals fields are a personal diary for your own reference. If you are unwell and unsure, use your own judgment about seeking care. Made by Ember Information Systems. Local-first, no tracking, no ads.
