That's the whole app. BUILT AROUND FOUR IDEAS • One screen for the work. Timer, target, and history in one place. Settings live on their own tab and stay out of your way. • Green means live. The app lights up only while you're actually fasting. • Honest time. Every number is calculated from real timestamps, so your elapsed time stays accurate after you close the app, background it, or restart your phone. • Never gated. End a fast whenever you want. Your target sets the goal, not the rules. Pass it and the timer keeps counting instead of stopping at 100%. CHOOSE YOUR TARGET 16 hours by default, plus 18, 20, and 24-hour presets, or set a custom target from 1 to 48 hours to fit the way you fast. Change it mid-fast and only the goal moves; your elapsed time is never touched. FORGOT TO HIT END? It happens. Set the time you actually stopped. A few taps, no lost fast, no editing gymnastics.
