Ekipman Takip, işletmelerin iş ekipmanlarını ve iş güvenliği ekipmanlarını sahada QR kodla yönetmesi için geliştirilmiş profesyonel bir takip uygulamasıdır. Yangın tüpünden vince, paratonerden kompresöre kadar her ekipmanın kontrolü, arızası, zimmeti ve görevleri tek uygulamada toplanır. QR İLE SAHA KONTROLÜ Ekipmanın üzerindeki QR kodu okutun; ekipman kartı anında açılsın. Ekipman no, marka/model, seri no, konum, son kontrol tarihi, periyot ve kontrol listesi karşınızda. Karanlıkta çalışıyorsanız el feneri düğmesi var, okuma anında titreşimle onay alırsınız. PERİYODİK KONTROL FORMU Kontrol listesini madde madde doldurun: Uygun / Uygun Değil / Uygulanamaz. "Uygun Değil" seçtiğinizde o maddeye açıklama yazarsınız. İlerleme çubuğu kaç maddeyi bitirdiğinizi gösterir, "Tümünü Uygun İşaretle" ile hızlı ilerlersiniz. Kontrole 10 adede kadar fotoğraf ve genel not ekleyebilirsiniz. Kontrolün yapıldığı yer GPS ile kayda geçer; enlem, boylam ve hassasiyet raporda görünür. ÇEVRİMDIŞI ÇALIŞIR Şantiyede, bodrum katta, kapsama alanı dışında internet kesilse bile çalışmaya devam edersiniz. Giriş yaptığınızda tüm ekipman listesi ve kontrol listeleri cihaza indirilir. Yaptığınız kontroller, arıza bildirimleri, görev atamaları, zimmet işlemleri ve uygunsuzluk kayıtları cihazda saklanır; bağlantı geldiğinde otomatik olarak sunucuya gönderilir. Ana ekrandaki bekleyen kayıt sayacından ne gönderildiğini takip edersiniz. ARIZA BİLDİRİMİ Ekipmanı QR ile okutun veya numarasını yazın; arıza başlığı, açıklama, öncelik (Düşük / Orta / ACİL), ilgili birim ve sorumlu kişi seçerek bildirin. 5 adede kadar fotoğraf ekleyin. Acil arızalar listede ayrı renkle öne çıkar. ZİMMET (TESLİM-TESELLÜM) Ekipmanı kişiye veya birime zimmetleyin. Karşı taraf uygulamadan Teslim Al ya da Reddet der; kabul ederken açıklama, konum ve fotoğraf ekleyebilir. İş bitince İade Et ile kapatılır. "Zimmetlerim" listesinde her kaydın durumu görünür: Onay Bekliyor, Aktif, İade, Reddedildi. GÖREVLER Size atanan görevleri duruma göre süzün, detayını açın, tamamlama notu yazıp kapatın. QR okutarak ekip arkadaşınıza yeni görev atayabilir; öncelik, açıklama ve fotoğraf ekleyebilirsiniz. UYGUNSUZLUK KAYDI Saha kontrolü, denetim veya şikayetten doğan uygunsuzlukları kaydedin: kategori, risk seviyesi, ilgili ekipman, lokasyon, kök neden, düzeltici faaliyet, sorumlu kişi, termin tarihi ve fotoğraflar. BİLDİRİMLER VE ÖZET EKRAN Size görev atandığında, zimmet geldiğinde, arıza veya uygunsuzluk açıldığında bildirim alırsınız; bildirime dokunduğunuzda doğrudan ilgili ekran açılır. Panoda ekipman durumu (toplam, uygun, arızalı, bakımda), bu ayki kontrol sayısı, son arıza bildirimleri ve son kontroller özetlenir. KONTROL GEÇMİŞİ Her ekipmanın geçmiş kontrollerini açın: tarih, kontrolü yapan kişi, uygunluk yüzdesi, madde madde sonuçlar, not ve konum. Çevrimdışı kaydedilip sonradan gönderilen kayıtlar ayrıca işaretlenir. WEB PANELİ UYGULAMA İÇİNDE Ekipman listesi, takvim, maliyet ve kullanıcı yönetimi gibi geniş ekranlı modüller için firma panelinizi uygulamadan çıkmadan açabilirsiniz. KİMLER KULLANIYOR İş güvenliği uzmanları ve OSGB'ler, periyodik muayene kuruluşları, fabrikalar ve üretim tesisleri, bakım ve teknik servis ekipleri, itfaiye ve acil durum ekipleri, kurumsal işletmeler. Uygulamayı kullanmak için ekipmantakip.com.tr firma hesabı gerekir. Arayüz tamamen Türkçedir. Kamera izni QR kod okutmak ve fotoğraf çekmek, konum izni ise saha kontrolünün nerede yapıldığını kayda geçirmek için istenir.
