EatSee - Calories from Photos

EatSee is a food scanner and meal planner: count calories the way you take photos, and plan your meals for the whole day in the new Plan tab. It starts with a photo: AI recognizes the dish, estimates the portion and gives you calories, protein, carbs and fat. Confirm - and the meal is in your diary. HOW IT WORKS • Take a photo of your meal or pick one from the gallery • AI recognizes the dish and estimates its nutritional values • Confirm the result - it lands in your diary for the selected day NEW: MEAL PLAN The Plan tab builds a day or a whole week of meals around your calorie and protein goal - with step-by-step recipes, servings and a shopping list. • A few short questions: meal times, diet, allergies, foods you dislike, how much time you have and what equipment you use • AI picks the dishes from ingredients in the EatSee catalog (270 ingredients), and our code calculates calories and macros - not the AI • A plan built by the planner is saved only after it passes checks for your diet, allergies, exclusions and equipment, and every day of the plan is within about 5% of your calorie goal and 10% of your protein goal • "Swap" shows up to 3 other options, and "I ate it" adds the meal to your diary • When the day goes differently, "Adjust the rest of the day" recalculates the meals that are left • The shopping list merges ingredients from the days you choose, and "I have it" remembers what you already have Free: your first plan for today or tomorrow, then a plan for tomorrow once every 7 days, 1 swap per plan and a 1-day shopping list. Premium: plans for today, tomorrow and 7 days, swaps within daily limits, "Adjust the rest of the day" and 3- or 7-day shopping lists. VOICE, LABELS AND BARCODES • Say what you ate and AI turns it into a meal with calories • Photograph a nutrition table or scan a barcode - EatSee converts the values to 100 g, a serving, the whole pack or exactly the grams you ate. Scanning a barcode does not use up your AI analyses, even without Premium • Know the values from the pack? Type them in. Favorites and "Repeat from yesterday" take one tap GOALS, WATER, WEIGHT AND STEPS EatSee calculates your daily calorie and macro targets (Mifflin-St Jeor formula), and the diary shows how much is left in real time. Track water and weight, and see your steps once you link Health Connect. Meals and weight can be saved to Health Connect. STREAKS, BADGES AND REMINDERS Keep a daily streak with protective shields, challenges, achievement badges and reminders timed to when you usually eat. Prefer it calm? Turn off streaks, badges and animations in settings. STATISTICS Weekly trends and insights from your data. With Premium, also monthly trends, a weight forecast, the full weekly report and a PDF export of your diary. EATSEE PREMIUM Without Premium you get 3 AI analyses and 1 voice entry a day. Premium gives up to 50 AI analyses and up to 50 voice entries a day (fair use), meal plans for today, tomorrow and 7 days with swaps, "Adjust the rest of the day" and multi-day shopping lists, full statistics with the weekly report, PDF export, streak repair and color themes.
