Facility Navigator is E3 Entegral Solutions' field-capture app for HVAC and mechanical asset surveys. Walk a site, photograph each unit, and let the built-in AI read the data plate — make, model, serial — so records are complete before you leave the mechanical room. Every capture is placed on a satellite map or an indoor floor plan, organized by project, campus, building, and level, and synced to your organization's Facility Navigator database. It works offline: captures queue on the device and upload automatically when you're back in coverage. - Rapid camera capture with automatic data-plate reading - GPS placement outdoors, floor-plan placement indoors - Field notes with photos, tags, and equipment links - Project / campus / building / level organization - Offline-first: durable sync queue with status at a glance - Gallery and recent-capture review on the device Create an account in the app with your work email to get started. Facility Navigator is used by facility owners and operators — school districts, municipalities, and building operators — to capture and manage their equipment; your organization's workspace is connected during onboarding. E3 team members sign in with their company account.
