TASK AI

TASK AI is a voice-first work diary. Say what you did or what still needs doing — the app turns your recording into structured tasks with deadlines and reminds you on the right day. WHY IT HELPS End-of-day notes often never happen. Chat threads scatter commitments, and calendars plus spreadsheets mean retyping after every meeting. TASK AI shortens the path from a spoken thought to a dated task list. WHAT YOU GET • Voice capture — speak naturally instead of typing on a small keyboard • AI processing — transcription plus extraction of tasks and deadlines • Calendar and task list — one place for days, priorities, and status • Manual editing — refine entries whenever you need full control • Push reminders — a nudge on the deadline day so nothing slips • Account and sync — keep your journal available across devices WHO IT'S FOR • Project managers juggling threads, meetings, and follow-ups • IT freelancers switching between client projects • Small business owners with little time for admin tools HOW TO START 1. Open the calendar and pick a day 2. Tap the microphone and talk about your work or tasks 3. Review the AI-prepared entries and edit if needed 4. Enable reminders to get notified on deadline day Try TASK AI and turn talking about work into an organized diary of tasks you can actually finish.
