Use the field types and rules configured by your organization, including dates, choices, calculations, linked information and inventory-related fields. COLLABORATE ON SHARED TASKS Work with authorized colleagues on shared forms. Save progress, review saved updates and record reasons and impacts when changing previously saved information where required. CAPTURE SUPPORTING INFORMATION Take or select photos, attach files and add signatures where your form requires them. Review previous submitted forms for context while completing your current task. FOLLOW WORK AND REVIEW RECORDS Find tasks and workflow records using search, filters and sorting. Review saved progress, submitted forms and audit history according to your permissions. Share or print workflow PDF reports where available. USE OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANCE Where enabled and configured by your organization, use AI to check forms, review previous submissions, analyze workflow records or extract suggested values from documents. Review AI output before relying on it; suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. DESIGNED FOR PHONES AND TABLETS Use a mobile layout with support for system light and dark appearance and navigation through long forms. IMPORTANT DWA 2 requires a compatible DWA company server and an authorized account. Internet connectivity is required for server-based functions. Available features depend on your organization’s configuration and your permissions. This app does not configure a company server for you. The mobile app is free to download. Company deployment, workflow setup and consulting services may be arranged separately. There is no in-app checkout or paid administrator-role upgrade. Support: [email protected]
