Talent Grid

CHANCE ENCOUNTERS used to be the film industry’s ONLY DISCOVERY TOOL! In a world driven by data, should talent spend a lifetime waiting to be discovered? Should a film be made with a crew list drawn from someone’s memory? What if a Producer could look for a DP who has done humour, has an Auto Reel and has worked with small cars of a particular brand? And what if they could find fifty of them!? What if Talent could wake up each morning and choose from an assortment of projects matched exactly to their ambition, life stage or just the next EMI? CUT TO. TALENT GRID Where work gets work About: The only verified talent network for India’s Ad Film industry. What that means is... For Producers / Agencies / Brands: ● Your fovourites: (Snap! Who was that stylist on that funky film!?) We all know how mental notes work — they don’t! Spot a film you like or a costume stylist that totally killed it! Save them with a note and watch the Favourite summon it just when you need it. Snap! ● Options and Options: We all know productions work exactly on plan... SAID NO ONE EVER! Have a backup or three for that last-minute crisis. ● FILTER Away: Auto Reel, Beauty Reel, Food Reel, Food Reel with repartee in Spanish and a celebrity doing stunts? No problem! If it was made, chances are you will find it here. ● SMALL WORLD: No talent is too far. Find that dream technician who worked on a Superbowl commercial and get them to shoot your Indie film in their downtime. ● TURN THE SEARCH AROUND: Quit wading through thousands of resumes in the spam folder when you crave new talent.
