Dronagiri is a business management app for managing orders, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, delivery, accounting, reporting, and HRMS. Dronagiri connects the complete business workflow in one platform, helping teams manage orders, stock, farmer purchases, warehouse operations, deliveries, returns, financial records, and employees. Warehouse & PO-wise Packing Prepare products by purchase order and track required, available, packed and pending quantities and packing status. Vehicle Loading & Delivery Manage vehicle loading, products and PO information, track dispatch and delivery status, and support multiple delivery locations. GRN & Delivery Reconciliation After delivery, clients can verify received quantities and generate a GRN. Dronagiri helps reconcile dispatched and accepted quantities while tracking rejected and returned products. GRN information, accepted/rejected/returned quantities, delivery reconciliation and return tracking are maintained for better visibility. Returned Product Management Record returned articles, quantities and reasons, add usable returns back to inventory, mark damaged products for disposal, and maintain return history. Accounting Manage purchase and sales registers, farmer ledger, payments, cash book, bank book, income, expenses, and financial reports. Reports Access procurement, closing, farmer, ledger, stock, purchase, payment, PO, packing, vehicle, delivery, GRN, returned stock, and accounting reports. HRMS Includes biometric integration, app-based attendance, geo-fencing, leave management, team requests, daily/monthly bulk upload, monthly attendance, and HRMS configuration. COMPLETE BUSINESS WORKFLOW The process starts when Zepto or another client sends a purchase order in Excel format. The PO can be imported to display articles and required quantities. The system compares required quantities with available stock and identifies what needs to be purchased from farmers. Procurement teams can identify suitable farmers and coordinate with them through WhatsApp and reminders. Farmers deliver products to the Dronagiri warehouse, where purchases are recorded and products are prepared for PO-wise packing. After packing, workers load products into vehicles for delivery to one or multiple locations. After delivery, the client verifies quantities and creates a GRN. Accepted, rejected, and returned quantities are recorded. Usable returns can be added back to inventory, while damaged products can be marked for disposal.
