IamBeacon

IamBeacon turns your Android phone or tablet into a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacon. Open the app and your device starts broadcasting an Eddystone-UID beacon frame that any BLE scanner, gateway, or detection app nearby can receive. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Most beacon simulator apps generate a new identity every time they run. IamBeacon gives your device a persistent beacon identity: the instance ID is generated once and stays the same across app restarts and device reboots. That makes it usable as a real fixed identifier — for presence detection, vehicle detection, asset simulation, or testing beacon-based systems — not just for one-off demos.
