Dragon Sprout ERP is the mobile client for the Dragon Sprout ERP platform, used by wholesalers, distributors, food processors and transport operators to run their day-to-day trading. It is built for staff who are not at a desk: on the packing floor, in the cool room, at the market, or out on a delivery run. SALES - Look up any sale, see its lines, and check where its up to. - Raise a new sale using whichever entry layout suits the job, including a POS-style screen - Run an invoice batch and print or email the documents in one pass - Take customer payments and allocate them against outstanding invoices - Customer statements and aged balance summaries INVENTORY - Live stock by product, lot and storage location - Stock takes and inventory checks completed on the device - Product catalogue with pricing, GST, levies and photos taken on the spot PURCHASING - Receive deliveries against purchase orders - Supplier paybacks, supplier payments and paid price history - Supplier product lists REPORTING - Gross profit, product sales, receivals and credit service reports - Customer payment history and statement summaries - Every report previews as a PDF and shares straight from the device PRINTING - Finds receipt, label and A4 printers on your local network - Prints tax invoices, pack slips, dispatch dockets and labels directly, with no print dialog in the way - Works with common thermal receipt and label printers ALSO INCLUDED - Route planning and delivery sites - Accounting synchronisation with Xero - Multiple interface languages - Full table layouts on iPad, card layouts on iPhone, so the screen suits the device Dragon Sprout ERP requires an active account on your organisation's Dragon Sprout installation.
