Tech Fab Exports

TechFab Production is the factory-floor app for TechFab Exports. Supervisors and managers record production, follow job cards and plan the day's work from their phone, with the same Job Cards, Stages and Production Entries as the TechFab ERP on the web. An account on the TechFab ERP is needed to log in. Your login decides which tabs and buttons you see. PRODUCTION ENTRIES, EVEN WITHOUT WI-FI • Record output and wastage by job card, stage, machine and shift (Shift A / B / C) • Add photos and videos from the camera or the gallery • No network? The entry is saved on the phone and sent on its own when the Wi-Fi comes back. You can also tap "Send now" • An entry is never counted twice, even when it is sent again • If the server refuses an entry, it is marked "Needs correction" with the reason, so you can fix it and save again • My Entries: see, edit or delete your own entries until they are verified JOB CARDS • Search open and overdue job cards • See every stage with Target / Done / Pending, the entries, photos and history • Managers can hold, cancel or release a job card, adjust a stage target or reset it to automatic, and add job card photos JOB WORK PLANS • See today's plan on the floor • Managers create a plan (starting from a copy of the previous one) and add or remove lines DASHBOARD AND REPORTS • Dashboard with the factory's production at a glance • Pending by Stage and Shift Report • Export reports to Excel and share them through WhatsApp, email or any app on the phone MADE FOR THE FACTORY • English and Hindi (हिन्दी) • Indian number format (1,00,000) and dates as DD-MM-YYYY • Works on phones and tablets • Photos and videos are private: they open only for logged-in users • Your login is kept in the phone's secure storage Supervisors, factory managers and admins each see only what their role allows; the server checks every action.
