Tessera: Widgets & Wallpapers

Tessera turns your home screen into a set: widgets in mixed shapes, six looks to switch between, and wallpapers drawn to sit behind them. PICK A LAYOUT, DROP IT ON Choose one of three starter layouts and tap Add to home screen. Tessera asks your launcher to place each widget in turn, and you confirm each one. If your launcher doesn't let apps add widgets, a short guide shows how to add them by hand. WIDGETS YOU CAN TOUCH • Weather card, wide or square: the temperature now, today's high and low, and the next three days. Tap it for the hours ahead. • Day ring clock: the time, with a ring that fills as the day passes. • Focus timer, capsule or circle: tap to start a session, watch it count down on the home screen, tap again to stop. Choose 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes. • Mood check, square or arch: tap to change how you feel today. • Liquid battery, capsule or pill: your charge as a level of liquid, with a bolt while charging. • Music, square or bar: play, pause and skip whatever is playing, if you allow it. • Quick toggle: flashlight, Do not disturb, or a shortcut to the Wi-Fi panel. • Scallop launcher: six of your apps in one wavy tile. SIX VIBE PACKS Clear Glass, Liquid Glass, Chrome Y2K, Soft Clay, Arcade and Night Signal. Each has its own colours, type and voice. Preview any pack on your layout, then switch, and every Tessera widget on your home screen redraws in it. 35 WALLPAPERS THAT MATCH Glass, liquid, gradient, abstract, AMOLED, pixel and scenic. Each one is drawn on your phone at your screen's size, so it stays sharp. Preview it with your widgets on top, then set it as your home screen, lock screen or both, and match your widgets to it in the same step. SHARE YOUR SETUP Make a 9:16 card of your layout, pack and wallpaper, sized for Stories, and send it to any app. MADE TO BE READ A higher-contrast mode darkens the glass and strengthens the text on every widget. Every widget has a spoken description for TalkBack. WHAT TESSERA DOES NOT DO No ads. No account. No sign-in. No subscription and nothing to unlock: everything above is in the app you install. No analytics and no tracking. Your moods, focus sessions, chosen apps and settings stay on your phone. The weather widget needs a connection. To get the forecast, Tessera sends the place you chose, or your approximate location if you allow it, to Open-Meteo, a weather service. Nothing else about you goes with it.
