Full description

Rotary Connect is the everyday app for running a Rotary club — built for members, club presidents, secretaries and treasurers who want attendance, events and club business in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and group chats. CHECK IN & ATTENDANCE • Check in to fellowship meetings with a quick QR scan • See who's here today: members, guests and visiting Rotarians • Track your own attendance percentage and week streak • Send an apology in one tap when you can't make it • Browse the club register for any past meeting EVENTS • A weekly calendar view and a full month view • Generate a registration QR for members and guests to RSVP • Upload event photos and venue/time details MEMBERS • Searchable member directory with roles and board status • President-managed onboarding for new members CLUB BUSINESS • Secretary tools: monthly and annual reports, generated automatically from real attendance, membership and project data • Club history: milestones, awards and past events • Motions, elections and random-draw voting for club decisions • Track club service projects with progress, area of focus and beneficiaries reached • Treasury tools for dues and transactions (Treasurer role) GALLERY • A shared photo album for fellowships, projects and events GUESTS & VISITING ROTARIANS • Guests and visiting Rotarians can check in or RSVP without needing a member account Rotary Connect is built around real club roles — President, Secretary, Treasurer, board and general members each see the tools relevant to them — so the whole club can run its business from one app. Service Above Self.

What's new

• Performance improvements: reduced memory usage with optimised image loading and app configuration. • Visiting another club? You can now report a make-up meeting from the app, so your club visits count towards your attendance. • Past President and Charter President are now available as member roles. • Random draw results are private — you only see your own draw. • Simpler meeting check-in: scan the club QR code and you're in. • Fixed the app refreshing more often than it needed to.
