Deplasto

Deplasto is a microplastic exposure tracking app that helps you estimate daily intake from food, drinks, household products, and daily activity levels. Like nutrition trackers help you understand calories, macros, and micronutrients, Deplasto helps you bring visibility to a modern day concern, microplastics. Using more than 300 published scientific data points from 100 different sources and a research-informed model, the app converts complex exposure estimates into simple scores you can track over time. What You Can Track ● Foods and meals ● Beverages and bottle types ● Kitchen utensils and cookware ● Hydration habits ● Daily activity patterns ● Estimated inhalation exposure ● Weekly and daily exposure trends Key Features Microplastic Intake Estimates Log your daily foods, drinks, household items, and daily activity levels to estimate potential microplastic intake based on data aggregated from peer-reviewed studies. 100+ Exposure Sources Track common sources across nutrition, hydration, and kitchenware. Source Breakdown Identify which daily sources may contribute most to your estimated intake. Daily Scores and Trends View simple exposure scores that make it easier to compare and understand patterns. Lifestyle Awareness Use your results to make more informed choices around food, beverages, household items and everyday habits. Research-Informed Database Estimated exposure values are based on published scientific literature and modeled assumptions where direct data is limited or conflicting. Deplasto is built for people who already track what they eat, drink, and do each day, and want a clearer way to understand potential microplastic exposure. Important Disclaimer Deplasto is for educational and wellness tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or health condition.
