CoreTap

CoreTAP is real-time bar execution intelligence for operators on Toast POS. It does not replace your POS. It reads every ticket and turns the shift into what a GM can act on: money in, money leaking, who is on the floor, what the menu is doing, who the guests are, and which tasks are still open. YOUR BAR IS BLEEDING MONEY. CORETAP FINDS EXACTLY WHERE. Pulse See the shift as it happens — revenue, leakage, urgent alerts, and opportunity in one view. Cross-module fraud flags compound risk on the floor. Server grades (your bar staff, not machines) show who is making you money tonight. Action Engine Know what to fix first. Open work is ranked with an owner and a dollar impact. Loss prevention, coaching, training, operations, and recognition sit in one list. Compound cases escalate to the GM. Menu Engineering What to push, what to cut. Menu health, pour cost, stars and dogs, pricing, bottle mix, and spirit trends — then the list writes the work. Customer Intelligence Guests, not just tabs. Unique identities from POS data (phone, Toast ID, tab name), then RFM, VIP, churn, and LTV. Capture phone at tab open and scoring gets sharper. Works with Toast POS. Built by Delta Kinetics. Website: https://coretap.deltakinetics.io
