DAYLY is the app your fitness coach uses to train you. Sign in to your coach's workspace and get everything they build for you in one place: • Daily to-do — your workouts, water, habits and check-ins, ticked off as you go • Training — follow your plan with a built-in session player, supersets and circuits, and rest timers • Nutrition — log food (search or scan a barcode), follow your meal plan, hit your macro targets • Check-ins — your weight, how the week went and progress photos; get video and voice feedback from your coach • Progress — weight, measurements, photos and trends over time • Health Connect — connect once and your steps, active calories, exercise minutes, sleep and workouts reach your coach whenever you open DAYLY. DAYLY only reads from Health Connect; it never writes to it. • Messages — chat with your coach and never train alone • Community — stay motivated with your coach's group Your coach's brand, colours and logo appear throughout — DAYLY is the platform behind the app your coach gives you. DAYLY is used with a coach. You'll need an account from your coach, or an invitation to their workspace, to sign in.

What's new

Health Connect: connect once and your steps, active calories, exercise minutes, sleep and workouts reach your coach whenever you open DAYLY — nothing to type in. DAYLY now asks before anything goes to its AI features, and you can change your answer in Edit profile. Also: food logged while viewing another day lands on that day, water taps no longer get lost, your body weight shows in the unit you chose, and many fixes across workouts, check-ins, messages and coach tools.
