DarziKhata: Tailor Shop Book

Run an alterations shop, bespoke tailor or bridal studio? Keep orders, measurements, balances and staff pay on your phone. DarziKhata is the shop book for tailors, alteration shops, seamstresses and bridal studios. Keep every order, measurement and payment on your phone instead of a paper register. It works fully offline, with no internet needed. Looking for a tailor shop app, an alterations order tracker or a measurement book for bespoke and bridal work? DarziKhata replaces the paper tickets and the measurement cards, so no measurement is lost and no pickup date is forgotten. ★ ORDERS, STAGE BY STAGE Track each order through cutting, stitching, trial and delivery. See today's deliveries and late orders the moment you open the app. ★ MEASUREMENTS THAT ARE NEVER LOST Save every customer's measurements for each garment: suit, tuxedo, bridal gown, evening gown, shirt, kurta and many more. Next time, the measurements are one tap away. ★ DUES AND PAYMENTS Record advances and payments in your local currency: cash, bank transfer or card. See who still owes money and send a polite reminder on WhatsApp in one tap. ★ WORKER ACCOUNTS Give cutting and stitching jobs to your workers, set piece rates, record advances and know exactly what each worker is owed. ★ BILLS AND SLIPS Share a clean bill, order slip or worker slip on WhatsApp as a PDF or image. ★ READY FOR THE RUSH Plan ahead for prom, graduation, wedding season and Christmas so every delivery is ready on the promised date. ★ REPORTS Income, expenses, profit and your best-earning garments, all in one simple report. ★ FOR EVERY TAILORING BUSINESS Gents tailors, ladies tailors, boutiques, fashion designers, alteration and repair shops, stitching centres, uniform makers and tailors who work from home all run their work with DarziKhata. ★ CUSTOMER BOOK Add customers from your phone contacts, then call or WhatsApp them from the app. Each customer's orders, measurements, payments and balance sit on one page, with separate measurements for each family member. ★ MEASUREMENTS YOUR WAY Measure in inches or centimetres, add notes such as "loose fit" or "deep neck", and attach photos of the cloth or design so the cutting is right the first time. ★ NEVER MISS A DELIVERY Every order gets a token number and a delivery date. Mark urgent jobs, get a morning reminder of today's deliveries and a reminder on every trial day. ★ EXPENSES AND TAX Record rent, thread, electricity and other shop expenses to see your real profit. If your shop is registered, turn on sales tax, VAT or GST on your bills. ★ EASY TO START Load sample data to see how everything works, then start fresh with your own shop. Runs on Android 7 and newer, including low-cost phones. ★ SAFE AND PRIVATE Your data stays on your phone. Lock the app with a PIN or fingerprint, and back up to your own Google Drive, then restore everything on a new phone. ★ IN YOUR LANGUAGE Use the app in English, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi. The other app languages work here too: all 19 are available in every country. Your currency, phone number format and garment list are set for your country. FREE TO START Every feature is free for 45 days from your first order. After that, DarziKhata Pro (a monthly or yearly subscription) keeps your shop running. Without Pro, your records stay safe, readable and shareable.
