NOMAD est une application conçue par le l'Union des Assisteurs. Elle facilite les échanges entre les assisteurs et les dépanneurs/remorqueurs dans le cadre des missionnements pour les dépannages automobiles. L'application NOMAD simplifie les tâches administratives des dépanneurs qui peuvent réaliser leurs actes de gestion directement sur l'application dans les cas suivants : - L’acceptation ou le refus des missions, - L’assignation des missions aux intervenants, - La saisie des comptes rendus d’intervention en temps réel. L'application NOMAD permet aussi via un système d’alertes d’informer les prestataires de : - L’affectation de nouvelles missions - La modification depuis l’extranet ou l’API des missions - L’annulation des missions L’application permet à l’assisteur de géolocaliser le dépanneur pendant son déplacement et d’informer l’assisté sur le délai d’intervention.
