All you need is to enter the name of the person and its role. On the basis of frequency in the occurrence of event, you can mark either present or absent on the dates of their corresponding availability or unavailability. If you wish to update your preference from present to absent or vice-versa, it will delete all your events and marked attendance for selected month.
