The Today tab organizes all availabilities for the current date into clear Morning, Afternoon, and Evening groups, so you can instantly spot coverage or gaps. Tap any magnetic note to edit the details or long-press to remove an entry when plans change. The Availabilities tab offers a searchable list of every upcoming commitment, with handy filter chips that let you narrow the view by date, time slot, or role in just a couple of taps. Adding a new availability is as easy as filling out a short form on the Add screen: enter the person’s name, pick a date, choose a time slot, and type the volunteer role. Once you save, the entry appears immediately on the fridge door, and all related lists refresh to keep you current. Because all data is stored locally on your device, you never need an internet connection or any kind of account to manage your volunteer roster. Maglet is designed for real-world simplicity—no logins, no cloud syncing, and no export steps to worry about.
