GhostForm

GhostForm turns your device into a reliable vehicle inspection clipboard, designed for professional drivers who perform daily pre-trip walk-arounds. Log each inspection by entering the date, vehicle identifier, and odometer reading, then note any defects you discover along the way. When a defect is recorded, the entry displays a distinctive ghostly carbon-copy offset behind the text, instantly distinguishing flagged reports from clean ones. The Inspections tab shows a chronological list of all your records with a clear green or red dot, so you can quickly scan for issues. A dedicated Defects tab filters the log to display only the inspections that require attention, helping you focus on follow-ups without scrolling through everything. Creating a new entry is fast and distraction-free, the simple form includes a date picker and straightforward fields, and once you save it, you are returned right to the main list. Swipe left on any inspection to delete it, with an immediate undo option if you make a mistake. The Profile tab lets you store your driver name on the device and presents a handy dashboard with total inspections and your defect-free rate, giving you a snapshot of your safety record. Two small adhesive-sticker counters on the main view keep the current month’s total inspections and defect counts always visible. The entire interface is built around a familiar clipboard layout, complete with a metallic surface, bulldog-clip tab bar, and a stack of forms with a yellow carbon sheet peeking through, so it feels natural even in a busy cab. All data stays securely on your phone with no cloud accounts, no subscriptions, and no internet connection needed, ensuring your logs remain private and accessible wherever the road takes you. Whether you drive a truck, a bus, or a delivery van, GhostForm helps you maintain consistent, legible inspection records without paper clutter, directly supporting your daily safety routine and compliance habits.
