CWMS is the all-in-one mobile companion for members and staff of your coworking space, letting you manage day-to-day operations from your phone. Key features: Boardroom Booking - check room availability and reserve meeting spaces. Invoices - view your company's billing invoices, download them as PDF, and upload payment slips for review. No payments are processed within the app. Purchase Management - raise and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices, with built-in approval workflows for authorized roles. Helpdesk - submit and track support tickets for facility or workspace issues. Documents - access company document templates and files. Inventory - monitor stock and consumption for your workspace. SocialSpace - connect with other members through posts, events, and announcements within your coworking community. Company Directory - view company and member information relevant to your organization. Access to each feature is controlled by your role and permissions, so you only see what's relevant to you, whether you're a general member, a company admin, or workspace staff. CWMS is designed exclusively for tenants of coworking spaces using the CWMS platform and requires an active account provided by your space administrator.
