Full description
Curiqon is the mobile app for disability support and NDIS care teams. Support workers, coordinators, and office staff run the day from one place: rosters, shifts, progress notes, participant records, incidents, and messages. Sign in with the email on your Curiqon account. A one-time code confirms it is you. If you belong to more than one organisation, choose the one you are working in. Menus and permissions follow your role, so you only see the work your organisation has given you. Support workers Open My Shifts, clock in when the shift starts, and clock out when it ends. If your organisation requires it, Curiqon can check your location at clock-in and clock-out. Complete the care tasks on the shift, then write the shift report before you finish. Read care plans, medication tasks, and the participant records assigned to you. Write progress notes during or after a shift, and dictate a note with speech-to-text when typing is impractical. Complete forms from the field. Report an incident and attach a photo when something needs to be recorded. Log kilometres, submit expenses with a receipt photo, and send timesheets. Request sick leave, personal leave, or annual leave. Set your availability so rostering stays accurate. Read alerts, message your team, and open organisation policies on your phone. Coordinators and administrators The home screen shows organisation activity, recent form entries, and quick actions such as approve or reject. Use the scheduler in day, week, or month view. Review unfilled shifts and shift swaps so coverage stays clear. Participant records include documents published for staff, form entries, medical information, schedules, and assigned support workers. Follow leads and participant onboarding in the same place. Staff tools cover the directory, contractors, leave requests, availability, the staff archive, and onboarding templates. Feedback and complaints sit in one list. Daily operations cover care plans, medical events, forms, policies, and policy acknowledgements. Incident and quality tools cover incidents, risk assessments, hazards, the risk register, safeguarding, restrictive practices, and corrective actions. Finance covers invoices, approvals, credit notes, transactions, statements, timesheets, and payroll exports. Settings include houses, user roles, billing, signatures, privacy requests, the audit trail, and release notes. Participants and families The portal is for people your provider has invited. It shows only what that organisation has chosen to share. See upcoming supports on a calendar. Message your care team. Create and follow a care request. Read shared care notes and budget information. Open documents. Read and sign agreements and consents. Set preferred carers. Send or review feedback. Update your profile, notifications, and family alert preferences. Security and privacy Access stays on the account your organisation issued. Email one-time code sign-in, with an optional authenticator or recovery-code step App lock with fingerprint or face unlock on this device Role-based access, controlled by your organisation Alerts when there is something you need to act on Curiqon may ask for location at clock-in or clock-out, the camera for incident and receipt photos, the microphone to dictate notes, and notifications for alerts. You can decline a permission. A feature that needs it will wait until you allow it. Who can use Curiqon Curiqon is for organisations that already use Curiqon, and for the staff, participants, and family members they invite. Ask your administrator for an account or a role change. A support worker can open the next shift, follow the care plan, write a note, and clock out. A coordinator can approve leave and review an incident. A family member can read a shared note and reply. Each person only sees what their role allows. Curiqon keeps disability support in one app, from the shift to the records your office and families rely on. Made for everyday care tasks.
