Tactical Timetable: Duty Plans

Plan guard posts, duty rotations and handovers for your unit. Organise squads and platoons with NATO-style symbols, match people to post requirements and keep rest in the plan. On exercise or at the base - your timetable works without internet. • People, roles, capabilities and equipment, together. • Pro auto-planning respects capabilities and rest constraints. Keep manual assignments and fill the remaining positions; review conflicts before use. • Record handovers, events and structured reports, including 5W and 9-Line cards. Keep an on-device change history and share reports with Pro. Pro: PDF, JSON & encrypted exports. • Pro: Tap Cast in the app header, choose your TV and control the same view from your phone. Focus on an object or time slot, open assignment details, or let the display rotate through staffing, issues, equipment and the timetable. Operational data lives in an encrypted database on your device - not in a Crowfoundry timetable cloud. Share files, link devices or enable calendar sync only when you choose. Generic reliability diagnostics are on by default and can be switched off in Settings. They exclude mission content. Purchases and Windows activation use online services; everyday planning does not. LITE: 1 operation, 1 object, 1 squad; 6 people, 3 posts, 12 time blocks. An administrator assigns a person and creates a personal-duty QR. LITE receives only that person’s next three active or upcoming duties, with post details, rest gaps and basic reminders - not the full roster, reports or timetable. Updates come directly from a nearby administrator. Full shared access, including read-only, and mesh relaying require Pro on the receiving device. Bluetooth delivery is best-effort; keep apps open and nearby to sync. Pro Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase. $19.99 / €19.99 are reference prices; your store shows the local price before purchase. Apple and Google purchases do not automatically transfer between stores. Apple Watch, Mac and Windows are companion apps and require Pro in the mobile app. Buy Pro once, or redeem a gift code, in Tactical Timetable on iPhone or Android. Apple Watch and Mac use the iPhone purchase; pair your Watch or restore on Mac with the same Apple Account. Windows uses a one-time activation code from your Pro phone. Internet is needed for redemption, purchase, restoration and initial Windows activation. iPhone, iPad and Android also offer standalone LITE planning. A deterministic constraint-based planner, not a generative AI or combat decision system. Search is bounded for responsiveness; large or infeasible schedules are not guaranteed globally optimal. A responsible person must review the result. No NATO endorsement or certification is implied. Planning aid. Not a certified military, emergency or life-safety system. Screenshots use illustrative data. Verify critical schedules and alarms independently.
